What will be necessary to do: full management of the franchise project before the start of sales (we have 70% readiness of the developed materials). development of the franchise network and improvement of the company's positioning in the market, work on increasing attractiveness franchising offer, market analysis of competitors for the development of effective marketing strategies, organization of interaction of all company structures involved in the implementation of projects, participation in the preparation of the necessary documentation, organization of the first franchise sales. After the first sales — formation of a separate franchise sales team and its management. ensuring the effective implementation of franchise standards at all points of sale, organization of support for partners, introduction of a course on interaction with the company, support and development of relationships; What we expect from you: Understanding of the principles and specifics of the pharmaceutical market. Experience in working with franchises, preferably in areas closely related to medicine. At least 2 years of management experience. B2B and B2C sales experience. Additional education or certificates in the field of franchising will be an advantage. Understanding of the principles of people management. Good organizational and creative skills.
