We are Everstar. The first recruiting agency that helps miltech companies find talented people and bring victory together.

One of our key customers specializes in the development and production of unmanned vehicles and related equipment.

The company has assembled a strong team of engineers, designers and hardware specialists, QA, RF, who create products that help the military achieve its goals. Our in-house production facilities allow us to implement changes and ideas quickly.

The R&D department is currently expanding, so we are looking for a FPGA Engineer.

Future responsibilities:

    Development and implementation of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for navigation receivers/transmitters.
  • Development of DSP blocks for adaptive pattern formation and control of phased antenna arrays.
  • Optimization of FPGA logic for high-speed, high-speed processing of navigation and communication signals.
  • Integration of DSP algorithms with HF frontends and embedded control systems.
  • Creating models in MATLAB/Simulink or Python to verify algorithms before implementation in FPGA.
  • Performing fixed arithmetic, optimizing resources and ensuring that timing analysis passes.
  • Implementation of high-speed digital interfaces (JESD204, LVDS, Ethernet) as needed.
  • Conducting laboratory tests and validation using real RF signal sources.
  • Cooperation with by RF, software and system integration engineers.
  • Preparation of technical documentation, specifications and test reports.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, computer engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in FPGA development using VHDL and/or Verilog.
  • Deep knowledge of DSP basics (filtering, FFT, correlation, decimation/interpolation, patterning).
  • Experience with FPGA tools (Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus or similar).
  • Experience simulating DSP algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent environments.
  • Knowledge of timing analysis, pipeline and resource optimization in FPGA.
  • Understanding the principles of high-speed digital circuitry.

Would be preferred:

  • Experience with GNSS systems, radars or wireless communications.
  • Knowledge of methods of adaptive pattern formation and MIMO architectures.
  • Knowledge of embedded processors (for example, ARM in SoC FPGA).
  • Experience with FPGA debugging tools (ChipScope, SignalTap).
  • Experience in creating own IP cores and third-party IP integration.
  • Knowledge of C/C++ or Python for test automation.

Working conditions:

  • Official employment through Diya.City;
  • Vacation — 24 working days per year + 1 day off for a birthday;
  • Health insurance after successfully completing the trial period;
