We`re rapidly growing and inviting an experienced FP&A Manager.

You would be running such tasks as:
- Ownership and input on key Group financial models including P&L, CF & BS;
- Manage preparation of the monthly performance reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making at both the executive and operational levels;
- Development of the budgeting process with operations in multiple jurisdictions;
- Profitability and territory (segmental) analysis at a client / product / department level;
- Development of internal policies and procedures related to the function;
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function through the utilisation of ERP systems;
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions to achieve financial objectives;
- Support cross-functional Finance process improvement;
- Proactive contributor to team meetings;
- Foster team development.
Required skills and expertise:
- 3-5 years of Finance, Accounting Management or Financial Controller experience in multinational Fintech, IT businesses businesses with FP&A expertise;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar;
- Have a strong accountancy and financial planning background — managing P&L, СF, BS, budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles; this experience will have been gained in a multisite environment;
- Have advanced modelling experience (Excel, Tableau, etc tools) eg scenario modelling, dashboards, KPI tracking, with intense experience in EPM tools;
- Strong user of accounting soft like 1C, Quick books, etc;
- Academically strong. A Qualified Accountant or in the process (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent);
- Having a background in a fast growth ecommerce or technology business operating in multiple jurisdictions is a must;
- Highly organised and detail-oriented;
- Able to quickly build trusting relationships to achieve business objective;
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to cut through complex issues;
- A self-starter who can strike a balance between understanding the detail and getting things done;
- Be comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment that requires regular re-prioritisation;
- English language — B2 level.
