After just several years from its establishment in2018, the company owns and operates one ofthe largest RES portfolios inUkraine (636MW) and expanding its presence inthe Ukrainian market.The company isthe subsidiary ofVRCapital Group, which manages $5.5 billion ofassets, with afocus onemerging markets and event-driven/special situations investing.About role: Weare seeking anFP&A SPECIALIST who will join the team.Requirements:Minimum 5years ofexperience inFP&A orrelated roles, preferably inthe Energy industry.Strong proficiency infinancial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, and BItools.Strong business acumen and the ability tothink strategically.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toconvey financial concepts tonon-financial stakeholders.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.Adaptability and willingness toembrace change inadynamic work environment.Responsibilities:Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts, analyzing different scenarios and their potential impact onthe organization’s financials.Developing KPIs and metrics totrack the organization’s performance.Performing market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation computations.Communicating with partners, industry players, and contractors for in-depth industry knowledge and throughout project assessment.Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.Preparation ofpresentations for the board and other strategic materials, memorandums, and teasers.Being abusiness partner for the Development Unit inthe analysis ofdifferent investment opportunities, financial support, and identifying key project risks and parameters.Increasing productivity bydeveloping automated reporting/forecasting tools.Preparing regular business valuation.Participating ininvestment and credit process, presenting projects topotential lenders.Assist inthe implementation and maintenance offinancial planning software and tools.Stay updated onbest practices inFP&A and contribute tothe continuous improvement ofthe finance function.The client offers:Afriendly atmosphere and acool team ofprofessionals.Benefit package and official employment.Corporate training and English language courses.Modern office inUnit.
