FP&A Analyst in CLUST

In connection with the development of the company, we are looking forFP&Analyst.

What will need to be done :
— Preparation and consolidation of financial statements for management and external users;
— Financial analysis: working with financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement), analysis key financial indicators (KPIs);
—Monitoring, control and forecasting of costs and optimization of operational processes to increase financial efficiency;
—Working with accounting and financial systems (QuickBooks, etc).

What is important to us:
— 3+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or financial analysis departments, including FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis);
—Experience in preparing and consolidating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
—Practical experience in ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and cooperating with external auditors to prepare audit reports;
—High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (building models, working with macros);
—Skills in working with accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to ensure effective accounting and reporting;
—High level of systems and analytical thinking;
— Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level.

Would be an advantage:
- Previous experience in Big4;
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) systems to create analytical reports (Power BI, Tableau).< br/>
