Requirements for applicants: 

Complete higher education at the educational and qualification level not lower than "specialist", "master" in the specialty:

Civil safety (fire safety). Military science, national security, security of the state border (weapons and military equipment). Production 
 and technology (mining, oil and gas engineering and technology). Mechanical engineering (material science, metallurgy). Electrical engineering (electric power engineering, electrical engineering and electromechanics). Electronics and telecommunications (electronics; telecommunications and radio engineering).
