Duties: Management of construction projects: From start to finish, including planning, coordination and construction control. Communication and collaboration: With engineers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Quality and safety control: Ensuring compliance with all construction standards and safety requirements on the construction site. Budget and schedule management: Monitoring and ensuring compliance project costs and deadlines. Calculation of estimates: Skills in calculating the costs of additional and hidden works. Protection of acts of completed works: Ability to effectively defend acts of completed works in front of customers and other stakeholders. taking into account the efficiency and cost of work. Requirements: Experience in the construction industry: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role. Technical knowledge: Understanding of construction technologies and standards.
