• Organization and control of the work of employees of the collapsing site
• Ensuring the implementation of production shift plans
• Control of the quality of collapsing and compliance with technological standards
• Distribution of tasks between employees and coordination of shift work
• Control of compliance with production discipline and sanitary standards
• Interaction with production management to improve process efficiency
• Participation in the improvement and optimization of production processes
