What should be done ?

• Ensure quality production, according to the range
• Formulate raw material orders

• Participate in the production process
• Ensure the necessary sanitary condition of the shop, according to HACCP standards
• Participate in team formation, adaptation and training
• Form and control the team’s schedule for going to work
• Work with the department’s economic and commercial indicators
