• Adjustment of the above-described plans accordingly when the situation changes and the calculation of several plan options according to the scenarios of the development of the situation;
• Regular assessment of planning errors;
• Analysis of the need for ordering goods in local suppliers and by own imports, taking into account sales and supply shoulders;
• Communication with business customers on tasks to clarify goals, needs, features of processes and data.
