Food quality specialist, laboratory assistant in Green Leaf

We are a young Ukrainian company engaged in the production of natural sweeteners and sweets without sugar. Production takes place in the Kyiv region, Vyshgorod district, village of Kozarovychi. Requirements: Experience in a similar position in the food industry is desirable; Responsible approach to work, willingness to work at a food enterprise; Higher or secondary technological education in the food industry; Knowledge of the methods of physical and chemical research and microbiological cultures in food products; Ability to draw up technical documentation for conducting laboratory and microbiological tests. Main duties: Conducting organoleptic and physico-chemical analyzes of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products; Conducting microbiological cultures; Participation in comparative tastings and experimental development of new species of products; Conducting incoming quality control of raw materials and materials (checking the results of analysis with quality certificate and passport data); work; Pleasant young team.
