Requirements:

• The desire to gain and prove yourself in a new field of activity, which requires patience and interest, we will teach you further!
• It is desirable to have experience in management positions.

What we will entrust to you:

• Organization and control of the production process of the shift.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of planned tasks regarding the production of products in compliance with sanitary standards and labor legislation.
• Timely delivery of production tasks to teams and control of their execution.
• Management of a team of shift workers, their training and motivation.
• Maintenance of production documentation and reporting.
• Quality control production.
• Making decisions on urgent issues and taking responsibility for them.
• Production and timesheet accounting.

Working conditions:

• Stable wages and timely payments 2 times a month (paid without delays).
• Working schedule: 12 hours on a 3/3 day and/or night schedule.
• We are located 10 minutes from the LISOVA metro station, str. Winston Churchill, 84.
