Main responsibilities: Carrying out quality control of raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products and finished products (physico-chemical, organoleptic indicators, labeling, packaging, weight, etc.), in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documentation, established control schedules, and approved instructions Making a decision on compliance of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, according to the control results and blocks inappropriate materials/products Preparation of reports based on the results of testing Carrying out the selection and transfer of samples of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, water, air for the microbiological laboratory Performing statistical evaluation of measurement results and drawing up monthly reports on the results of raw material control , semi-finished products and finished productsPerformance of timely calibration of analytical equipment and measuring equipment, control of serviceability and timely maintenance of laboratory equipment Participation in the development of internal instructions regulating the work of the unit Placing orders for consumables to ensure the operation of the laboratory Conducting sanitary audits and other inspections at the enterprise, quality control sanitary treatment of production lines.
