FMCG Supervisor in Kimberly-Clark

The Kimberly Clark company is one of the world's leading producers of everyday goods, specializing in the production of paper products, hygiene products and other consumer goods. We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of FMCG Supervisor for our sales department in Odessa.

What you will do:

- Manage and supervise the work of a team of sales representatives, ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks and the achievement of sales indicators - Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing sales and expanding market share - Establish and maintain effective interaction with key customers, develop long-term partnerships - Analyze and study the market, the competitive situation and consumer needs in order to identify new opportunities for business development - Ensure the implementation of sales plans and budget, monitor financial indicators Required experience:

- Work experience in a similar position in an FMCG company for at least 3 years. Higher education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients - High level of organization and the ability to work with a large amount of information - Experience in team management and the ability to motivate employees to achieve set goals We offer:
