The "Leader Snack" company is one of the leaders in the field of production and sale of snack products . TM "Homka", "Lakomka" announces a competition for the position of - Regional manager of the Central region (Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Kirovohrad regions)

The main purpose of the position:< /strong>

• Development of distribution in the reporting territory;
• Execution of planned indicators;
• li>Increasing the volume of sales in the entrusted territory;
• Conducting negotiations and presentations;
• Expanding the assortment.
• Candidate requirements:
• Graduate higher education;
• Experience in FMCG companies (mainly food products, grocery or snack group);
• Experience work in a similar position for at least 3 years, a manager with key clients - at least 3 years;
• Practical experience in finding and opening distributors;
• Experience in working with the FTC;
• Experience in negotiations with key clients and DS;
• Development and implementation of trade marketing activities;
• Fluency in MC Office, Outlook and Spot2d package;
• Availability of a driver's license cat. V and own car;
• Result orientation, ability to work in a team, initiative, honesty, openness;

Responsibilities:

• Achieving targets indicators;
• Team work management (FTK);
• Management and organization of effective distribution in the territory;
• Conducting negotiations and establishing cooperation with key customers;
