Flutter Developer (Senior), Equity Partnership in TICT

Job Description:

We are an innovative startup in the travel industry and are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter developer to join our team as a partner. A share of up to 5-6% is offered, depending on skills, allocated hours per week or deadlines for tasks. Currently, our project is ~40% complete on the backend and ~60% complete on the frontend, with plans to complete within the next 1-2 months before raising additional investment.

Primary Responsibilities:< /strong>

• Development and support of a mobile application on the Flutter platform.
• Optimization of application performance and ensuring high quality of the user interface.
• Introduction of new functionality and bug fixes.
• Maintain code and optimize it according to clean architecture principles.
• Work closely with other team members, including designers and backend developers.
• Implementation and use of mobile application development best practices.
• Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) support.
• Application signing with Apple/Google.
• Manage junior developer, checking his code, answering questions and training him.
• Allocate steadily from 20 hours per week to the project, focusing mainly on weekdays, not weekends. The percentage depends on the number of hours and the amount of work performed.

Needed skills:

• High level of proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
