(Fluent Ukrainian) Sales Manager in Outstaff Your Team

Are you a sales superstar looking to make a real impact in the healthcare and IT industry? We are seeking an outstanding Sales Manager experienced in building sales processes from the ground up and scaling onward. Product: EMR system that manages patient medical records. Currently, the project is at the MVP stage. Team: The team includes talented and ambitious professionals, namely with a CEO, Product Owner, as well as several Front-End and Back-End Developers. Together we will: Launch and implement sales strategies from scratch; Develop tantalizing business expansion plans for the UAE market; Collaborate with our product team to refine and evolve our EMR offerings; Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients; Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them; Manage commercial proposals and develop business opportunities; Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI; Track KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; Grow together with the product. Requirements What you will need: 3+ years experience in B2B sales ( IT products ); Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2) ; Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes; Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; Ability to be a self-motivated, proactive team player; Desire to grow and scale the company.
