About the position:

Our team continues to actively grow, and with it, the number of new operational challenges increases. To maintain a high level of internal service and process efficiency, we are looking for a Junior Device Specialist who will strengthen our Operations Department and help systematically manage technical equipment, ensuring stability and order in the work of teams.

What you will do:

• Manage devices: coordination of equipment purchases, rotation and monitoring of devices in IT Inventory for offices in Ukraine and Europe; 
• Plan, report and manage the monthly device management budget;
• Develop and automate device management reporting;
• Coordinate the efficient installation of hardware and software and manage the rotation of equipment between users. 
• Form the annual budget for device management and inventory equipment. 
• Organize, manage repair and maintenance of equipment.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• 1+ years in an administrative position;
• Punctuality, accuracy, and the ability to self-organize;
• Willingness and willingness to work with a large amount of information.

Will be great an advantage:

• Experience in technical or administrative departments;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in device inventory, reporting;
• Experience as a System Administrator.
