Your role will involve developing strategic communication plans, creating engaging content, and fostering relationships with media outlets. What We’ll Do Together: Ensuring the company's media presence and developing the personal brand of the CEO; Assisting with PR coverage for international and Ukrainian media; Planning PR activities and their implementation; Monitoring of PR activities of the competitive environment; Communication with journalists (pitching); Finding and applying for the awards and top lists; Communication with event organizers (pitching); Finding the podcast and communication with podcast hosts (pitching); Finding the workshops and communication with organizers (pitching); Communication with potential and current partners; Communication with influencers. Requirements What You Need: Fluent English and Ukrainian; 2+ years in PR (IT company/service); Experience with writing posts and publications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian and international media market, active database of journalists (UA + International); Self-organization and self-motivation; Strong discipline, organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail; Experience in developing and implementing a PR and communication strategies and PR activities plan; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (with Marketing and SMM teams).
