We are looking for an energetic and responsible Flower Sales Manager for an online store who is ready to join our friendly team and help us make people happier. Key requirements: experience in sales or customer service; excellent communication and customer skills; excellent ownership in the Ukrainian language; knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate; attention to details and the ability to quickly respond to changes; the desire to learn and develop. Responsibilities: order processing and communication with customers; control of partners and deliveries; search for new partners and management database of partners; maintenance of the relevance of the database and control of the relevance of delivery costs on the website; ensuring the quality of fulfillment of orders by partners.
