MANAGER-FIRST AID COORDINATOR Minimum requirements for the candidate: • work experience in sales; • developed organizational and executive skills; • experience in public organizations; • work experience in project activities; • excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail); • fluency in the Ukrainian language , knowledge of a foreign language is desirable; • higher education; • experience in communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy; • ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation; • ability to learn quickly, attentiveness; • ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure; • observance of the fundamental principles of the Red Cross; • observance of the principle of confidentiality of information. Main duties: responsible for the development of activities in the region for training the population in first aid skills; organizes trainings and seminars in accordance with the development plan; is responsible for forming a team of first aid instructors; monitors and evaluates the activities of first aid instructors; maintains a register of first aid instructors in the organization; maintains a register of issuing first aid certificates; forms reports by direction; distributes information in mass media, social networks and other information resources about activities directly in the region; implements an approach to involving communities; performs other administrative functions related to work in this area; performs other separate official assignments of the management.
