Fire safety engineer, civil defense specialist in Inditex Ukraine

We are looking for a specialist for the position of Fire Safety Engineer/Civil Defense Specialist. Main duties: control of the organization of the quality of service of fire protection systems (PPZ) in stores; control of compliance with maintenance deadlines, installations and service life/replacement of systems; analysis of design and planning decisions of stores; communication with contractors, fire safety engineers of the lessor, inspectors and consultants; budget formation for repair and adaptation of systems; organization of tests systems of PPZ with contractors every year for each object; control of the availability and validity periods of all necessary documents for inspection in each store; organization and control of training of evacuation personnel and the use of personal protective equipment; control of documentation (design, executive, exit, etc.), certificates; creation of official documents and correspondence; organization of the process of certification of materials, construction solutions in specialized laboratories; organization of tenders for the maintenance of PPZ systems and the search for new contractors; control of the preparation of declarations and permit documentation; consulting in terms of project decisions in relation to norms; ensuring the fulfillment of requirements legislation in the field of civil protection. Requirements for the candidate: higher special education (specialist, master's degree) in the field of training "Fire safety". Experience in the design of fire safety systems; knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts in the field of civil protection and fire safety; Intermediate English language skills; Work experience of 2 years or more.
