• orientates in planning, deadlines, budgets and working with a team;

• able to make decisions and bear them responsibility;

• has an understanding of the field of floristry / design / creative industries - would be an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.

Your main tasks:

• Full launch of a floristry school Fiori;

scaling;

• Interaction with marketing regarding student recruitment;

• Quality control of training and service;

• Analytics: launches, conversions, group occupancy, financial indicators.
