What you will do:

— Develop and maintain a fraud monitoring system for a very large international user base.
—Process and evaluate incoming and outgoing payments and refunds.
—Process and track chargebacks to reduce risk.
—Coordinate problem solving with product, marketing, and technical teams
—Improve the effectiveness of top customer service and overall
—Generate development ideas based on feedback

Requirements :

- 1 year or more of hands-on experience with chargebacks, fraud and dispute resolution.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing support / risk / finance
- Understanding of fraud verification and prevention, chargeback and payment monitoring systems.
- Fluent English
- Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- High qualification in the computer field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint advanced level.
- Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Develop and maintain a fraud monitoring system for a very large international user base.

—Process and Monitor Chargeback to reduce risk.
—Coordinate issues resolution with the product, marketing & technical teams
—Increase the efficiency of service to top customers and in general
—Generate development ideas based on feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

—At least 1-year of hands-on experience with chargeback, fraud, and dispute resolution handling.
— At least 1-year experience in consumer-focused Support/ Risk Department/ Finance
— Understanding of fraud screening and mitigation, chargeback, and payments monitoring systems.
—Fluent English
—Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced results-oriented environmentnment.
— High proficiency in the computer field.
— Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint advanced level.
— Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
