The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, collecting payments, submitting disputes, and ensuring smooth administrative and financial procedures. This position requires strong finance administrative experience, meticulous attention to detail, and an excellent command of English for handling phone calls, messages, emails, and other communications.Responsibilities:Provide exemplary customer service across various channels (phone, email, DMs), promptly and professionally resolving inquiries, refunds, disputes, and charges.Manage administrative functions, including handling email correspondence and inboxes, with strong problem-solving skills.Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accuracy of information (tickets, payments, invoices, meetings, deals, etc.).Compile reports and financial data.Conduct research and gather relevant information.Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, demonstrating strong learning agility.Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all tasks.Requirements:Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on finance and client interactions.Extensive background in customer service, especially in handling payment-related inquiries, refunds, disputes, and charges.Proficiency in CRM systems, calendar management tools, Google Workspace, and desired familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion.Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and environments.Quick learner with the ability to efficiently grasp and utilize new tools.Strong work ethic and a track record of notable accomplishments.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2).Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.Flexibility and dedication to personal and professional advancement within a thriving organization.This position is fully remote.This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess finance administrative experience, and have a high level of proficiency in English.
