What should you know about Workers Platform?

Workers Platform is an international company that provides personnel leasing and cleaning services for clients in the EU since 2017. Our clients are hotel chains and service companies in Poland, Austria and Germany.

We are at the stage of active growth and scale business in Europe, so we are looking for a strong and independent financier who can build a transparent financial system of the company and become a key figure in making financial decisions.

The main goal of the role is to build an effective financial planning and control system that will allow the company to forecast profits, manage costs and make decisions based on numbers.

It is important for us: We are not looking for an accountant, but a financier who builds a system, sees business through numbers and affects the company's results.

The following tasks will await you:

• Planning the company's income and expenses (monthly and quarterly);

• Formation and control of profit at the end of each of a month;

• Building and maintaining a financial business model;

• Calculation of profitability of projects, clients and directions;

• Control of cash flow and payment calendar;

• Analysis of financial indicators and search for profitability growth points;

• Building of a financial reporting system (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow);

• Optimization of costs and financial processes;

• Independent maintenance of financial tables and analytics;

• Interaction with the manager regarding financial planning and strategic decisions.
  
  
  

Do you want to join our team? Then you are the ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in finance / economics / management accounting;

• You have practical experience in financial planning and budgeting;

• You understand business profitability indicators;

• You are able to make decisions independently in your area responsibility;

• You have strong analytical skills and a love for working with numbers;

• You have a high level of responsibility and systems thinking;

• You are confident in Google Sheets / Excel;

• Experience with international operations (EU) blackouts;
