We are an international logistics company that helps businesses deliver goods from different countries quickly, safely and profitably. We have many areas and internal projects, and we are looking for a professional who can independently manage financial processes and optimize them for business goals.

Who we are looking for:
A leader in finance who has real experience in working with internal reporting, financial planning and control, and is able to independently:

• form and control budgets, revenues and expenses;

• determine KPIs for the team and individual processes;

• analyze the margin and profitability of projects;

• organize financial processes so that they work without the constant supervision of the manager;

• independently set salaries and control the workload of the team;

• work with Google Sheets / Excel at an expert level, create automations and templates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience in a position with full responsibility for internal reporting and planning.
