💡 The international company GC is looking for a finance assistant to the team, who will help calculate the financial status of each project separately and the business as a whole, manage financial flows and report to the co-founders of the company. We are looking for experienced professionals in the field who want to develop, build their experience and improve our company. We specialize in large projects and our main focus is lead generation and content projects. Over the past 8 years, we have worked with international brands and invested millions of dollars in traffic. /p>

- Help in  managing CashFlow, Balance, P&L business;

- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports and search for insights;< /p>

- Management of replenishment of traffic sources;

- Calculation of HR and performance monitoring of teams and employees;

- Predict future profit/costs;

- Analytics of profitability of traffic sources;

- P&L project;

- Finding insights and patterns in data to further improve products and teams;

- Drafting reports on request manager;

- Help in opening companies, bank accounts, etc.;

- Research at the request of the manager;

- Assistance in measuring the financial efficiency of the company's departments;

- Preparation of project estimates;

- Managing the finances of the marketing department;

- Monitoring the issuance of salaries and maintaining salary information;

- Formation of payment calendar and monitoring its implementation;

- Payment of invoices, issuing invoices;

‼️ Mandatory:

- Excel, Google Sheet at the advanced user level (complex formulas, summary tables);

- Skills of working with financial reports;

- Ability to prepare presentations and correctly draw up applications

- Analytical thinking;

- Experience with processing and analyzing financial data

✚ A plus will be:

- experience in digital marketing/traffic;

- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI);

- English language
