The ideal candidate:

• Owns "1C Accounting" at the level of accounting, reconciliations, registration of transactions.
• Confident user of Excel (working with tables, formulas, summary tables, data analysis).
• Understands the basics of financial reporting (CF, P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Attentive to details, responsible and able to work with large amounts of data.
• Has specialized education and relevant work experience of 1 year or more.
• Attentive, responsible, proactive.
• Has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Tasks:

Financial accounting and reporting:

• Maintenance and updating of CF, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Compilation of financial reports and preparation of analytics for the CFO.

Working with cash flows:

• Accounting and registration in the database of all incoming and outgoing funds (income and expenses).
• Control of company expenses, their classification by articles.
• Reconciliation of incoming funds with bank statements and payment organizations.
• Working with banks, financial institutions, investment funds to attract funds and refinancing;

Reconciliation and interaction with accounting:

• Conducting reconciliations of documents and operations with accounting.

Ensuring the correctness and relevance of records in the system.

Additional tasks:

• Participation in the preparation of management reporting.
• Automation of accounting processes (introduction of newsolutions, preparation of templates).
• Maintaining databases and maintaining their relevance.
• Communication with clients and payment organizations to resolve financial issues.
