Financier/Finance Manager in Air3F

We are looking for an experienced financier who will become the sole financial expert of the company and build a financial system.

This is a role for someone who is interested in creating processes, structuring finances and influencing business development, rather than working within a ready-made framework.

Main tasks:

• Construction of management accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance)
• Formation of the company's financial model
• Budgeting, financial planning and budget execution control
• Control of cash flows, payment calendar
• Expense analysis, search for optimization opportunities
• Participation in cost calculation of products / services
• Preparation of regular financial statements for management
• Financial analytics and recommendations for management decisions
• Interaction with accounting
• Building internal financial processes and rules

Our expectations:

• Experience in finance from 3 years (Finance Manager / Financial Controller)
• Practical experience of building management accounting or financial processes
• Sure understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the result
• System thinking, analytical
• Experience in manufacturing, technological or engineering companies will be an advantage
