FINANCIAL ANALYST in the Development and Franchise Department.

1. Consolidation and standardization of financial data
Collection and unification of reports from all restaurants into a single format (revenue, cost, FOP, operating expenses, balances, efficiency, etc.).
Setting data quality standards, working with restaurants and accounting to ensure correctness and timeliness of reporting.
2. Regular financial analysis
Analysis of sales dynamics, margin, deviations and key financial indicators.
Searching for the causes of inconsistencies for operational teams.
3. Building an analytical system and automation
Creating an automated analytics environment from scratch:
regular uploads, data structures, templates, processing rules.Minimization of manual work through automation processes.
4. Development of dashboards
Building analytical panels and visualizations for departments and management (Excel, Power BI).
5. Additional financial models and calculations. normal; text-decoration: none"> Preparation of reports on the development strategy.
ICA, 1C, Excel (advanced level), Power BI — will be a plus.
