We invite the experienced team of Financier, in connection with the opening of a new vacancy. Our specialist has: —Professional higher education (finance/international economy, international accounting and auditing); —Experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years; —Experience of working with a large amount of information; —Additional specialized education or certificates (will be an advantage); —Experience of working with LLC and FOP; —Creative and analytical thinking; - Willingness to learn and develop; — Willingness to work in a dynamic environment; — Attentiveness, result orientation and a sense of high responsibility. Knowledge: —Knowledge of BAS; MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT; Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); —Knowledge of financial and management accounting standards; — Ability to work as a bank client; —Knowledge in the field of foreign tax accounting (will be an advantage); —Knowledge of accounting, tax accounting/legislation (will be an advantage); — Ability to work with a large amount of information; — Excellent analytical and communication skills; —Knowledge of the English language: Intermediate level (You can be partly interviewed in English); — Business correspondence skills (in Ukrainian and English). Main responsibilities: —Participation in the preparation of management reporting; —Participation in the formation of the company's forecasted financial results and budgeting; —Control over receivables and payables; — Verification of income and expenditure, movement of the GK in BAS; — Control of the register of payments, preliminary approval of payments; —Sending invoices to clients, and communication on this matter; —Collection of invoices of counterparties and services to reflect the expenses of the period(s); — Work as a foreign client-bank using several payment systems; —Participation in the automation of accounting and various control systems; — Ad-hoc reports for management.
