So that more people can have a life that is longer, richer, and more filled with happiness.Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Financial Specialist in Service Department.We offer employment in Siemens Healthineers Ukraine and remote work.Responsibilities:Prepare accounting documents of Service department: acts of acceptance, delivery notes, VAT bills, invoices etc.;Maintain business operation in SAP in compliance with Ukrainian legislation and IFRS;Prepare necessary documents for import and export of spare parts and rented tools;Prepare and control of signing contract documents with Siemens Healthcare Germany which are needed to import spare parts and rented tools;Control accounts receivables;Prepare accounting documents with Vendors which is Service related;Control service documents workflows – correct and in-time documents provision;Work with documents according to company rules;Perform other activities necessary for efficient performance of the CS team.Skills:University degree in Economics;At least 3 years of professional experience;English – intermediate;Ukrainian – proficient;IFRS – basics.Good communication skills; Understanding of accounting principlesWe offer:Exciting work in international corporationYou can work remotely We provide necessary toolsIf you are interested use the “Apply” button.Our culture:At Siemens Healthineers, we take into account different perspectives, are open to dialogue and challenge conventions.
