Duties: ?

- Performs accounting support of issued advances cash flows to bank accounts, settlements with suppliers of goods and services, accounting of performed works and services, posting of goods to the warehouse, registration of goods being issued from the warehouse and their write-off, etc. 

- Performs calculations according to contracts of a civil law nature. 

- Makes payments, monitors the timeliness and completeness of financial calculations necessary to ensure the implementation of activities within the framework of the Program.  

- Carries out the allocation of budget funding between subordinate organizations. 

- Ensures proper accounting and making changes in the internal accounting system. 

- Ensures proper work with primary and other financial documentation: collection, management and reporting. 

- Checks the correctness of primary documents by sub-departmental organizations. 

- Controls the accounting of calculations and expenses made by sub-departmental organizations within the framework of project implementation. 

- Controls the timeliness of expenses for budget items in accordance with monthly and quarterly expenses planning. 

- Controls the targeted use of funds under budget articles.
