Financial specialist in VYTACH

We are looking for a Ffinancial specialist at VYTACH - a national technology company that develops products in the fields of navigation systems and digital signal processing. Our products are used in various sectors, from deftech to logistics and agro. Currently, the company's priority is to strengthen the existing technical solutions of manufacturers that work with the Defense Forces of Ukraine. To do this, we are already uniting the most specialized specialists of Ukraine and developing an expert international community - join!

Responsibilities:

• Management financial reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
• Analysis of key metrics: EBIDTA, Burn Rate, Unit Economics
• Construction of financial models for budgeting, planning and performance evaluation
• Preparation of regular reports for management and investors
• Control of budget implementation, analysis of deviations, cost management
• Participation in the construction of internal financial control processes
• Cooperation with accounting, auditors and tax consultants
• Support of accounting automation and integration with ERP systems
• Preparation of financial policies, internal documentation

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, accounting or related specialties
• Work experience in finance or economics (from 2 years)
• Knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, management accounting, tax principles
• Experience in creating financial models, P&L and Cash Flow reports
• Confident use of spreadsheets and analytical tools (Google Sheets, ERP systems)
• Attention to details, ability to work with large amounts of information
• Average level of English language skills (for documentation, reports, correspondence - will be advantage
• CPA, CFA or other certifications are an added advantage
