Each KPMG member firm is responsible for its obligations. The Financial Services Advisory Group provides services to Ukrainian and international financial institutions and banks. Our team of professionals develops strategies for the development of financial institutions both in general and in specific directions, optimizes and builds business processes from scratch, evaluates financial instruments, etc. Key responsibilities: Conducting analysis of a large volume of data and regulatory documents in accordance with tasks; Overview and analysis of the market activity of financial institutions and its individual participants; Overview and analysis of the activities of clients, both in general and in specific areas; Overview and analysis of business processes of clients, both in general and in specific areas; Review and development methodologies and regulatory documents of clients regarding business processes, both in general and in specific directions; Preparation and filling of project materials for the client (presentations, working files, etc.); Support of project managers in operational project work (for example, maintaining and preparing project documentation , conducting interview protocols, translating materials, searching for information, etc.). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in the field of finance, economics or auditing (master's degree will be an advantage); Having work experience in public financial institutions, banks, or in a consulting company from 1 year; Confident user of MS Office (confirmation of successful completion of PowerPoint and Excel courses will be an advantage); Fluency in English and Ukrainian; Analytical skills, ability to structure problems and find their solutions; Communication and social skills, team spirit; High level of motivation and stress resistance; Independence and responsibility.
