We expect from the candidate: Work experience from 7 years, in management positions from 2 years; Higher education in the field of economics, finance; Experience in conducting financial analysis of the company's activities; Ability to work with financial and economic indicators; Experience in working with banks, with currency and financial monitoring services; Understanding of modern trends in the field of tax legislation, finance, accounting and reporting; Understanding of the principles of building an internal control system, risk management of the organization, principles of building a budget. Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheets at a high level; Experience in 1C8 will be an advantage. Implementation of the strategy of the financial department; Implementation effective financial procedures and policies; Management of financial planning and forecasting; Control, coordination and analysis of financial flows; Development and control of the implementation of financial indicators and metrics, including the preparation of financial, management reporting, reporting data (CF, P&L, Balance, operational reporting), financial modeling; Forecast, analysis and assessment of financial, economic, tax, compliance risks, organization of measures to ensure financial stability and financial control procedures; Participation in the development of strategic development plans and control over their implementation; Internal control of operational risk within the financial department; Security development/updating of internal documents within the financial department; automation of management accounting; making payments and control of payment discipline; control of receivables and payables from suppliers; Participation in meetings, working hpypax, etc. on issues requiring expert assessment.
