Financial Professional/Manager in Near Prime

As we are growing we’re searching for an experienced and forward-thinking Finance Professional to join our team of high-performing professionals.

The ideal candidate shall possess a solid foundation in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage and optimize multiple client accounts. Experience working in web3 space, with investment funds, family offices, and auditing is a big advantage. This role involves delivering a wide range of financial services, including accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, tax analysis and strategic planning to our portfolio of clients.

We are looking for a professional who shall have not only hands-on experience with the current finance and accounting practices, but ideally shall also have experience modeling out business scenarios and adapting to change through growth or potential to do so. 

Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Manage accounting responsibilities; supervise company and its portfolio projects invoicing and payrolls.

• Financial Reporting: FP&A

• Financial Support: Conduct financial due diligence of portfolio projects if needed; assist them later on with the fundraising efforts, preparing financial projections and models; provide comprehensive financial advisory services, including risk management, investment analysis, and blockchain-related financial consulting; maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for assigned clients, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality; analyze and propose optimal jurisdictions for business conduct for projects;

• Compliance: Implement financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance; ensure that financial activities and/or investments are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards; staying updated on evolving regulatory frameworks in the cryptocurrency space and ensuring compliance with relevant laws; 

• Financial Modeling: Manage and analyze financial data for helping projects evaluate financial scenarios, project future revenues and expenses, and make informed strategic decisions;

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and engage external service providers to enhance service offerings and meet client needs fast; build and maintain strong relationships with external providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery. 

• Internal Collaboration: Constantly try to streamline financial processes and adopt innovative financial technologies to be able to scale the team eventually.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• Advanced/Fluent English

• ACCA, CFA qualification

• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Professional or similar role in big SaaS companies, Auditing and Consulting, Investment Banking; 

• 2+ years out of it experience working in a blockchain/crypto industry - nice to have;

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, international accounting standards, regulatory issues, tax planning as a plus in the web3 and investment sectors;

• Experience with financial reporting systems, strong Excel;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with start-up and established companies;

• Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization
