Candidate requirements: - Professional higher education in finance. - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of finance. - In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS and local taxes. - Developed analytical skills and the ability to work with a large amount of information.- A high level of mastery of MS Excel and a desire to develop in the field of corporate finance.- Desired experience in working with ERP systems.- Fluency in English at a level no lower than intermediate.- Attention, responsibility and the ability to quickly find opportunities for optimization. Responsibilities: - Participation in annual budgeting and analysis of budget deviations. - Preparation of analytical reports for management, taking into account the peculiarities of the Ukrainian market. - Conducting negotiations with budget owners to clarify details. - Consolidation of management reports for by functional areas.- Participation in accounting automation and efficiency improvement projects.- Analysis of management reports to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.- Ensuring compliance with company financial reporting standards.
