Eleks Financial Planning and Analyses Office is looking for Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Kyiv.

Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist supports corporate decision-making process from a financial standpoint analyzing a wide variety of business processes from various perspectives, such as costs, revenues, profitability etc. and assists in preparing company business plans and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial controlling or financial planning specialist role
• Experience with 1C accounting system is preferred
• General knowledge of the financial accounting principles, and financial statements (Profit and Loss report, Indirect Cash Flow)
• Good skills in trend analysis and understanding of the key financial KPIs
• At least Intermediate Strong — Upper-Intermediate level of English speaking/writing skills

• Calculate the rates of revenues, expenses, income, product/project marginal contribution and allocations of assets, analyze historical trends, support forecasting of the future sales and expense figures by collecting inputs and comments from the budget owners, business units leaders, project managers
• Prepare the reports on the financial status of the Company in compliance with the established forms and within specified time limits
• Participate in development and implementation of the steps aiming at stimulating the enhancement of business processes within the Company and improvment of financial performance KPIs by the business units and departments of the Company
• Take part in the Period End Closing activities (checking if the cost were allocated to the right cost center and/or the right reference period, control the completeness of the revenue entries versus monthly planned sales orders, check the compliance of the settings of new projects / cost centers and the correctness of their display in reporting)
• Support budget holders during the planning and/or budgeting process, provide the requested historical and detailed data, assist in consolidation of separate business units’ and departments’ budgets into the comprehensive overall company budget
• Work extensively with the financial accounting systems as required in order to carry out the assigned responsibilities
• Ensure proper master data maintenance (cost center and profit center structure, cost category settings, cost allocation rules settings etc.)
• Perform the additional duty assignments given by the immediate supervisor
