We are helping our client TAF Drones, a UAV development and manufacturing company, to find an experienced financer in inventory accounting and primary documentation .
Why should you work at TAF Drones?

Your skills:
Hard skills:
- Experience from 3 years in finance.
- Advanced skills in using Excel, Word, 1C 8.
- Experience in a similar position is not required, but will be an advantage.
Soft skills:
- Accuracy and attentiveness.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of information.
- Sociability.
The team is waiting for you:
- Product accounting: registration of receipts, movements, shipment of goods in the accounting program, formation of a set as new accounting unit, full control of stock balances and OS in warehouses.
- Inventory coordination and control (together with warehouse operators): posting surpluses in the warehouse, writing off goods due to spoilage or shortages.
- Formation / maintenance of nomenclature directories (characteristics, series, etc.).
- Forming reports on a weekly/monthly basis: a report on the results of inventory in warehouses (on the presence of surpluses, shortages, re-sorting, etc.), a report on the number of packaged products, a report to management on the number of finished products received from production (outsourced ), a report to management on the number of erroneous shipments and other reports as required by management.
- Processing and registration of primary documentation in the accounting program (revenue invoices, advances, reconciliation with accountants).
- Interactions with the procurement department, office managers.
