Financial manager with experience in NGOs in GoGlobal

GO GLOBAL is an educational foundation engaged in the formation of social intelligence, creative and entrepreneurial skills in children and youth of Ukraine is currently looking for a Financial Manager

Main functional position:

• Financial planning and budget execution

• Control and coordination of the project team in the financial processes of the project

• Coordinating the work of an accountant, assistant financial manager and project legal consultant

• Formation of the project payment calendar and ensuring the timeliness of all financial operations under the project

• Preparation and control of all project financial documentation

• Expert support of tender and other procurement procedures

• Preparation and submission of interim and final financial reports for the project donor

• Control and verification of the entry of all financial transactions into accounting software, periodic reconciliation of financial and accounting records by project

• Periodic preparation of financial information on project implementation at the request of the organization's management

• Preparation and passing of a financial audit

Our expectations:

• Higher education in the field of financial administration, economics or other relevant fields (relevant knowledge of tax legislation and accounting);

• Relevant work experience of at least 3 years. previous experience of working as a financial manager / administration of grant projects will be an advantage;

• Excellent knowledge of oral and written business Ukrainian language;

• Proficiency in English (is an advantage);

• Confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). by Google services;

• High degree of organization, professionalism, reliability and flexibility;

• Ability to use discretion when handling confidential documents and information;

• Developed analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to work with several tasks and prioritize them;

• Strict adherence to deadlines;

• Responsibility.
