Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Fund" (BO "BF "SSS") announces an open competition for the position of financial manager in the city of Kyiv. About us: Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Fund" has been engaged in supporting and helping people since 2015 , victims of the war in Ukraine, as well as the development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country. The team of the "BF SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level - with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population. Working at the BF "SSS" is an opportunity to help hundreds of thousands of people who currently need support. Our organization is constantly growing and adding to our wide portfolio new projects both at the all-Ukrainian and at the local level, which we implement in partnership with international organizations. Duties: Making payments within the framework of the project; Control and planning of expenses according to the project budget; Preparation budget, making changes; Communication of all financial issues with project management; Preparation of financial statements for the donor; Work in the BAS Accounting system; Communication with the donor within the framework of the project; Project audit support; Financial management and implementation of the project according to plans. Requirements: Higher education Proficiency in Ukrainian and English. Experience in providing services in this field for at least 2 years. Knowledge of accounting and financial management in non-profit organizations. Experience in preparing financial reports. manage multiple tasks simultaneously, involving a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to independently determine priorities. Ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames. Ability to work in a team, have a proactive attitude. Confident user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite. The competition will take place in two stages: the first stage is the assessment of resumes, the second stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the first stage.
