KSE Finance Department plays a key role in ensuring sustainability, transparency and efficiency of all business units of the group.
We are looking for a Financial Manager for KSE GBS and KSE Proftech, who will provide financial business support at the level of planning, analysis and management decisions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support of several business units and several legal entities within the KSE group.
Financial support of commercial, grant and non-profit activities.
Organization of the budgeting process - from the formation of hypotheses to the consolidation of budgets.
Control of budget implementation, forecasting, factor analysis of deviations.
Preparation of proposals to optimize costs and increase financial efficiency.
Participation in financial modeling with a focus on achieving target profitability.
Preparation and development of managerial financial reporting for management.
Business analysis of financial indicators, support of data management decisions.
Development and support of financial models for new and existing areas.
Setting up and optimizing business processes related to the financial unit.
Collaboration with managers of individual areas of the business school and other units – financial support, consultations, training.
Close interaction with accounting regarding accounting, taxation and financial decisions.
This role requires:
Financial work experience of 5 years or more.
Practical experience of participating in all stages of budgeting.
Experience in the formation and analysis of management reporting.
Basic knowledge of accounting according to national standards and IFRS.
Basic knowledge of tax accounting and understanding of tax risks.
A confident level of using 1C and Excel.
Analytical thinking and ability to work with financial data.
Ability to organize and build processes.
Attention to details and responsibility for the result.
Communication and ability to work with various stakeholders.
