Our friends and partners Ukrainian music project KALUSH/Kalush Orchestra is looking for a financial manager. 

Our ideal candidate has:

• work experience - at least 5 years in the positions of management accountant, financier, etc.;

• experience in managing budgets, financial planning and reporting;

• deep knowledge of accounting and financial analysis;

• budgeting and financial management skills;

• experience working with financial programs and systems;

• experience of interaction with financial institutions, banks, investors;

• knowledge of tax legislation;

• management of profits from merchandising, royalties, etc.;

• experience of working with non-residents and international payments;

• ability to clearly and transparently present the necessary financial information to group members, stakeholders, management, etc.;

• higher education in finance, accounting, economics, business administration;

• additional certificates in the field of finance and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• maintenance and control of management accounting: display of bank statements and other information on the project in the accounting system;

• ensuring the correct display of all transactions in the accounting system according to the period closing schedule;

• organization of the payment process: creating a register of payment applications, approving applications with the CFO, making payments after approval;

• creating primary documents, signing acts/invoices/contracts in the Vchasno/Docusign system;

• carrying out settlements with the company's counterparties: partners, shareholders, employees, artists;

• formation of CF in terms of projects;

• formation of separate information reports for compiling PL and other reports;

• assistance in the preparation of quarterly/annual budgets for the SEO of the project;

• communication with banking institutions, the taxman, the CFO of the label, artists and project management;

• other tasks upon request
