Financial Manager (IFRS) in Promotion

Our client, a humanitarian organization, part of an international movement, announces a competition for the position of financial development manager. Requirements: Finance, accounting or other relevant higher education. It is desirable to have a DipIFR certificate. At least 3 years of experience as a manager and/or support staff in the field of financial management and / or audit. Knowledge of internal control systems, IAS, IFRS and SIA. Fluency in Ukrainian, English. Fluency in Microsoft Visio and Excel. Main duties: Assistance in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Assistance in internal and external audits. Support in reviewing and disseminating policies and procedures throughout the organization, including those related to fraud and corruption and the financial and accounting manual. Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial function. Interacting with colleagues on the development of business processes of the organization. Conducting specialized training for financial personnel on accounting, treasury, budgeting , grants and compliance according to needs. Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control processes.
