We are looking for an experiencedManagement Accounting Economist (financial manager)forour partners are commercial real estate leasing companies.

DUTIES:

• Preparation and consolidation of annual and operational budgets;
• formation of the company's payment calendar;
• processing of primary documents from suppliers and tenants;
• control of accrual and payment of rent, operating and utility payments;
• analysis and control of receivables and payables;
• calculation of tariffs and costing for services for the operation of buildings and structures;
• conducting a plan-fact analysis of the results of the company's activities with the aim of optimizing financial processes;

• control of commercial real estate lease and sublease contracts;
• preparation of management reporting (P&L Balance Sheet; Cash Flow).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability of specialized higher education (economics, finance, accounting and auditing);
• practical experience of management accounting in the field of construction and real estate rental;
• confident user of 1C 8.2 (BAS ERP);
• MS Excel at work level with consolidated tables.

SCHEDULE: 5/ 2 Mon.-Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. FORMAT:OFFICE.
