Financial manager, economist in Dniproshkirgalantereya

We are looking for an experiencedFinancial Managerforour partners - companies engaged in leasing commercial real estate.

DUTIES:

• Preparation and consolidation of annual and operational budgets;
• formation of payment the company calendar;
• processing of primary documents from suppliers and tenants;
• control of calculation and payment of rent, operating and utility payments;
• analysis and control of receivables and payables ;
• calculating tariffs and drawing up cost estimates for services for the operation of buildings and structures;
• conducting a plan-fact analysis of the company’s results with the aim of optimizing financial processes;
• control contracts for lease and sublease of commercial real estate;
• preparation of management reporting (P&L Balance Sheet; Cash Flow).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability of specialized higher education (economics, finance, accounting and auditing);
• knowledge of the methods and principles of consolidated financial reporting (IFRS);
• practical experience in the field of real estate construction and leasing;
• confident user of 1C 8.2 (BAS ERP);
• MS Excel at the level of working with summary tables.

SCHEDULE: 5/2 Mon.-Fri. 9:00 - 17:30.

FORMAT:IN THE OFFICE *remote work is not possible.

Comfortable and cozy office is located on the Right Bank of Kyiv, ~5 minutes to the station. ring train ~15 minutes to st. metro "Olympiyska".
