For our customer - a company specializing in the development, supply and maintenance of lifting equipment, we are looking for a Financial manager (controller) who will support the decision-making process and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
Your duties in the position:
- Financial control and reporting: analysis of costs, financial indicators, KPI, P/L and B/S results; Maintaining correct data on receivables, monitoring overdue payments and supporting IFRS requirements
- Business planning and budgeting: participation in the annual budgeting process, preparation of financial forecasts, conducting "plan-to-fact" analysis
- Analytical support and interaction with management: preparation and conduct of management presentations, including materials on the analysis of results and analytics based on Power BI, participation in regular management meetings, including P&L review, risk management sessions
- Management of contracts and document flow
- Internal control and risk management: Compliance with corporate policies, procedures and audit requirements, maintaining high standards of management, transparency and compliance.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of finance, accounting, economics or related areas.?
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in financial controlling, management accounting, auditing, budgeting or similar analytical financial roles.
- Knowledge of IFRS
- High level of mastery of ERP systems, Excel (advanced level), as well as financial reporting systems (mainly OneStream).
- Deep understanding of management accounting, P/L and B/S structures, KPI, cost analysis and plan–fact analysis.
- Experience with receivables and knowledge of credit risk principles
- Knowledge of the principles of currency difference calculation, financial analysis and data verification.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at the intermediate+ / upperintermediate level
