Requirements:

1. Experience of 2 years in finance (analysis, management accounting, treasury). Must have experience in construction, development.
2. Higher education: finance, economics.
3. Knowledge of IFRS. Experience in auditing according to IFRS.
4. Understanding budgeting and business planning processes.
5. Knowledge of managerial and financial accounting.
6. Work with budgeting, financial analysis, forecasts.
7. Proficient in MS Office, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis).
8. Analytical thinking and ability to work with a large amount of data.
9. High attention to details, responsibility and systematization, result-oriented.

Responsibilities:

1. Development and control of the implementation of company budgets (operational, investment, project).
2. Cash Flow Management: planning, control, optimization.
3. Financial modeling and project support (financial part — budget, CF, DCF, PL).
4. Participation in pricing policy formation and project profitability assessment.
5. Consolidation of financial reporting according to IFRS.
6. Control of costs for projects, coordination of purchases, work with contract estimates (if needed).
7. Creation of functional models of cash flows and mutual settlements.
8. Calculation and analysis of the main financial indicators and control over their compliance.
9. Control in the preparation of the budget, monthly forecasts, operational plan. Control over their implementation.
10. Control of the implementation of the company's financial KPIs.
11. Work with banks: loans, guarantees, factoring (if needed).
12. Preparation of internal financial documentation and regulations.
13. Analysis of financial performance indicators, preparation of regular reports for management.

Schedule: work in the office of the residential complex "Petrivskyi kvartal" 15-20 min. by shuttle bus from the Akademmistechko metro station, by agreement, 1-2 days a week remotely (for a period of 1-2 months), after which only the office format is possible. Flexible start and end of the working day (start between 08:00 and 10:00, end respectively between 17:00 and 19:00).
