Requirements:
- Experience of 2 years in finance (analysis, management accounting, treasury). Must have experience in construction, development.
- Higher education: finance, economics.
- Knowledge of IFRS. Experience in auditing according to IFRS.
- Understanding budgeting and business planning processes.
- Knowledge of managerial and financial accounting.
- Work with budgeting, financial analysis, forecasts.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis).
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with a large amount of data.
- High attention to details, responsibility and systematization, result-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Development and control of the implementation of company budgets (operational, investment, project).
- Cash Flow Management: planning, control, optimization.
- Financial modeling and project support (financial part — budget, CF, DCF, PL).
- Participation in pricing policy formation and project profitability assessment.
- Consolidation of financial reporting according to IFRS.
- Control of costs for projects, coordination of purchases, work with contract estimates (if needed).
- Creation of functional models of cash flows and mutual settlements.
- Calculation and analysis of the main financial indicators and control over their compliance.
- Control in the preparation of the budget, monthly forecasts, operational plan. Control over their implementation.
- Control of the implementation of the company's financial KPIs.
- Work with banks: loans, guarantees, factoring (if needed).
- Preparation of internal financial documentation and regulations.
- Analysis of financial performance indicators, preparation of regular reports for management.
